Graphic Designer Intern

VIVO360 is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to help bring our client’s visions to life, managing a variety of projects and making sure that deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. The Graphic Design Intern is expected to understand how to brainstorm strategically and be able to create different concepts with ease. Having strong communication skills is a must in order to work with other team members as well as present ideas to the client when called upon to do so. The Graphic Design Intern is expected to stay abreast of design trends in the agency world and execute those trends within concepts.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Create stunning visual assets for our clients, including animations, infographics, posters, banners, presentations, digital assets, web and mobile.
  • Have a strong grasp of current design and technology trends.
  • Have a strong understanding of how brand and design go together.
  • Brainstorm concepts rapidly and be able to switch out ideas with ease.
  • Maintain brand aesthetic across all channels, making sure it is consistent with the client’s vision.
  • Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Social Media Strategist Intern

VIVO360 is looking for a Social Media Strategist Intern to help with day-to-day as well as long-term projects. The Social Media Strategist intern will be working with the content-creation and marketing teams to schedule creative content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The Intern will be responsible for managing the content calendar and will coordinate with other departments concerning new releases or promotions.

Responsibilities and Expectations


  • Update site with new social content and promotions.
  • Optimize social media pages to create engagement.
  • Create and track social benchmarks with platform tools.
  • Create and launch social-marketing plans.
  • Create content that can be distributed across all social channels.
  • Perform a social media audit on all channels and figure out how to optimize each social channel.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create content for social promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that meet or exceed objectives.

Public Relations Strategist Intern

VIVO360 is looking for a Public Relations Intern to help to shape and protect the VIVO image. The Public Relations intern will collaborate with different departments to create promotions and build awareness through other media outlets. The Intern will manage the content calendar with the Social Media Strategist and curate the VIVO brand image through various social media and digital channels.

Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing an offline and online community engagement strategy through social media, email campaigns, blogs, traditional media, and digital media outlets.


  • Create and curate content for press releases focused on bring the VIVO image to life.
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with writers, producers, and other influencers to generate media attention for VIVO.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and comments on social media and review sites. Facilitate image problem resolution and create an innovative media image for VIVO.
  • Track media placements and provide reports against KPIs to determine ROI. Make recommendations for improvements using innovative strategy and execution.
  • Support the Marketing and Communications team by coordinating and assisting with community events, media appearances, and sponsorship execution.
  • Write and proofread various forms of video, digital, and print content.
