The NFL and the Super Bowl Host Committee descended on Atlanta for Super Bowl LIII. The planning and the festivities started from the year before and VIVO was in the middle of it. The Host Committee and the NFL had a slew of activities and needs of the host city that needed to be completed by local vendors. VIVO was called on to assist and manage two projects. One being photo credentials for the December planning meetings. And the other to help wrap the Mercedes-Benz stadium inside and out with Super Bowl LIII branded signage. VIVO rose to the occasion for both projects.
MCCS, an organization best known for serving Marines and their families, charged VIVO360 with the task of informing members and Marines about the services MCCS has to offer. How VIVO360 accomplished this was through a video advertisement, website landing page and promotional banners that were placed onsite during Marine Week.

As Atlanta’s new retirement manager, Voya provides City employees (teachers, government employees, firefighters and police officers) with wealth management, retirement planning and ease of access to their retirement funds.
Delta Global Staffing (DGS) a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines, came to VIVO360, Inc. with a unique challenge. The global company needed to communicate their innovative recruiting and retention benefits program to eligible employees as well as existing employees. One of the key benefits being that any employee who works with DGS has the opportunity to take advantage of discounted airline tickets from Delta Air Lines. They needed to communicate this unique offering as it was their major brand positioning.

The Image Awards is a way to recognize individuals that have done outstanding work in the area of community development, outreach and mobilization. The Image Awards are a time to reflect on the past years’ achievements and honor those who are making a difference.
The Satcher Health Leadership Institute and Morehouse School of Medicine reached out to VIVO to develop a campaign that would help them close the gap among African-Americans in the community and getting the help they need when it comes to mental illness.
VIVO has been the Agency of Record for The Links, Incorporated for several years and has been implementing various national marketing and communications campaigns in that time. VIVO’s duties include creating all brand identity materials for the organization’s many activities and conferences. We created and update their website regularly. We created and published their quarterly magazine – LINKED, a members only magazine for 14,000 of their members that highlights member activities as well as chapter, regional and national initiatives. The magazine is usually an 84 page publication from cover to cover that includes advertisements from Fortune 500 companies, articles from contributing editors and full stories.
