MCCS

VIVO was enlisted by MCCS to produce branded marketing materials in a short time frame for Marine Week, an event held annually by the Marine Corps. Marine Week is a recruiting event for the Marine Corps. Potential recruits who are interested in the Marine Corps are able to interact with current Marines and get questions answered.

The event is also an interactive experience that allows potential recruits the opportunity to learn what is it like to be a Marine for a day with training sessions, instructional seminars and real life stories.

The Solution

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), an essential organization dedicated to the well-being and readiness of Marines and their families, partnered with VIVO to elevate awareness of its wide-ranging support resources. To bridge the gap between service availability and member engagement, VIVO developed a multi-faceted marketing suite designed to resonate deeply with the military community and its unique culture. This comprehensive campaign featured a compelling video advertisement, a streamlined landing page for centralized information, and high-impact on-site banners strategically deployed throughout Marine Week to capture the attention of thousands of attendees. By leveraging these synchronized digital and physical assets, VIVO successfully increased the visibility of MCCS’s vital services, ensuring that service members and their families were fully informed and empowered to utilize the critical professional and personal support programs available to them.

Our Solution

To effectively reach the Marine community, VIVO implemented a synchronized strategy that blended high-impact visual storytelling with physical on-site engagement. Our execution focused on three core pillars: awareness, accessibility, and presence.
  • Dynamic Visual Storytelling: We produced a high-energy video advertisement specifically designed to resonate with the Marine Corps ethos. By focusing on themes of readiness and family support, the video captured the essence of the MCCS mission while clearly outlining the breadth of its available resources.
  • Centralized Digital Hub: A streamlined, mobile-responsive landing page was developed to serve as the campaign’s digital home. This ensured that regardless of rank or location, Marines and their families could easily navigate service categories and access critical program information with minimal friction.
  • Strategic On-Site Activation: During the high-traffic environment of Marine Week, VIVO deployed a series of large-scale promotional banners across key event locations. These assets were strategically positioned to maximize impressions among thousands of attendees, transforming a physical event into a powerful educational touchpoint.
By bridging the gap between digital discovery and physical awareness, our execution ensured that MCCS remained top-of-mind for the community it serves, fostering a stronger connection between service members and the vital support systems available to them.
